Reading news in text mode, I get gui-errors when reading articles that
include xfaces, e.g., Alan Cox on linux-kernel.

Error is:

(11) (specifier/warning) error: (gui-error (Can't instantiate image
(probably cached) [png :data ...

And the header is:

Face:   iVBORw0KGgoAAAANSU...

The errors have no backtrace, so I can't figure out exactly where the
error is coming from.
