On the web page http://www.xemacs.org/Install/index.html, in step 8,
it gives the paths for (I think) 21.4 versions:
 "Expand the above files into: /usr/local/lib/xemacs/xemacs-packages/.
Please note that the mule-base-*-pkg.tar.gz should be installed to:
/usr/local/lib/xemacs/mule-packages/."

But does not give the paths for 21.5 versions:
/usr/local/share/xemacs/xemacs-packages 

I am suggesting that the 21.5 paths be added for both mule and non mule
installations.
