That sounds good, except my Details page doesn't show me a Roles field.
I do see an "Is Developer?" checkbox, which looks like

  Is Developer? [] Add Developer Role. (User,Developer)

...where "Is Developer?" is a blue-gray text label, [] is an unselected
checkbox, and the rest of the line is additional (black) text.
