Well, I'll keep it in mind.  Do you want 
 
(1) All actions that open or reopen a bug, and only those? 
(2) All actions that open a new bug, and only those? 
(3) All actions that open a new bug except those that are 
    automatically snarfed from xemacs-beta? 
(4) All nosy messages (ie, every time a bug changes status)? 
(5) Something else? 
 
Thing is, all the tracker lists I know of get *all* nosy messages.
