I wanted to try out CEDET as packaged with XEmacs. The instructions at
http://alexott.net/en/writings/emacs-devenv/EmacsCedet.html seemed to
suggest that CEDET needed to be loaded, so I did M-x cedet and pointed
it to a project directory with ruby files. I then got the error
"batch-update-autoloads is to be used only with -batch" in the log and
nothing else seemed to have happened. The log shows:
