Thanks to Uday Reddy.

In a dired buffer, there are no less than three accelerator keys that
collide between the standard menus and Dired's: cMds vs. Mark, Subdir
vs. Sort, and (sometimes) Look vs. Load .emacs.  This makes the shadowed
menus inaccessible by accelerators.
