Specifically, M-x find-library will often return a file, say foo.el,
from an installed tree, and name the buffer "foo.el". If you then find
the library in your source tree, you get a buffer name like "foo.el<2>".
So you kill "foo.el". IWBNI rename-buffer would default to "foo.el"
when renaming "foo.el<2>".
