Try building XEmacs without optimization, without stripping the
executable, and with debug information. The stack trace you provide is
worthless because it contains no symbolic information.

Please also provide the Installation file(s) produced when XEmacs was
built, for any version(s) of XEmacs you are reporting on. Thanks!

Have you built XEmacs with earlier versions of Cygwin?

It seems the same crash occurs whenever I try to load an xemacs module.
Same thing happens with grep or dired, too. It's pretty frustrating!

The hang occurs irrelevant of whether I use the windows or X11 GUI. It
ought to be pretty easy to replicate on a fresh cygwin-1.7 beta
installation. I was just trying out the new cygwin distro, installed
xemacs, and got these crashes.
