I'm not sure what to do with this, other than add a link to
the wiki
page in documentation somewhere.

Since Adrian's method looks like it could generalize to mail
packages
other than Gnus (e.g., MH-E), I think the best place for this
would be
some sort of Windows-specific documentation.  Do we have
anything like
that?  A quick scan in Info didn't reveal anything to me.  Or
would
someplace on xemacs.org be better?
