Dear Bug Team!


This is the first time that encounter this sort of
problem. The file a question is a tex file, in UTF8, french,
greek and german, I am in revision number 16 but vc-annotate
complains about version 1.6. So I am not whom to blame
xemacs or rcs, error bug trace attached
