Thanks for the bug report, Nick; I’ve changed this in 21.5 such that if the
directory to contain the custom or init file doesn’t exist, it’s created,
which avoids this error--see
http://hg.debian.org/hg/xemacs/xemacs?cs=12ff8dc2b57e . I don’t imagine
this’ll get committed to 21.4, though.

Hi,

On a fresh installation on Windows, the "Save Options to Custom File"
menu option fails. (InnoSetup installation of 21.4.21). I went Options
-> Display -> Buffers Tab Visible (because I don't like them), and
then Options -> Save Options to Custom File - and it failed.
